These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ResumeToys. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ResumeToys provides software tools for resume creation, career profile management, ATS compatibility testing, AI-assisted writing, and vector PDF exports.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Free accounts provide access to 44 standard templates and core editing features.
• Paid Pro subscriptions and Single Resume unlocks are billed according to published rates and renew unless cancelled prior to billing periods.
• Purchases made via Google Play are managed through Google Play Subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership to the resume content you enter. ResumeToys retains rights to all application source code, designs, and templates.

5. Limitation of Liability

ResumeToys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our templates and diagnostics follow ATS standards, we do not guarantee specific interview or employment outcomes.
