1. Consent & Scope

By accessing or using ResumeToys (including our web application at https://app.resume.toys and Android mobile client), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with its terms.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When registering via email or Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and avatar.
• Resume & Career Data: We store candidate data you provide (work history, education, skills, contact info) solely to render and format your resumes.
• Uploaded Files: Uploaded resumes are parsed in-memory to extract fields. Photos are securely stored in private cloud storage.
• Billing Metadata: We record purchase timestamps, order IDs, and entitlement states. We never collect or store raw payment card credentials.

3. AI Processing & Privacy

When you use AI rewrite or keyword extraction features, prompt payloads are routed via our isolated AI Gateway (https://ai.resume.toys). Your data is never used to train public models without consent.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

You retain full ownership of your data. You may export your resumes as vector PDFs or delete your account and all associated resumes at any time from your account settings or via our Account Deletion page.
